烟幕弹！伊万赛前发布会称“张玉宁这场比赛没法参加”

11月19日讯 在世预赛18强赛中，中国队主场迎战日本队。比赛下半时，张玉宁替补出场，而就在赛前发布会上，国足主帅伊万科维奇还声称“张玉宁这场比赛没法参加”。

上一轮国足客战巴林，张玉宁打进绝杀进球，却也出现伤病。此前张玉宁在回国时曾坐上轮椅，也有媒体报道称张玉宁的伤病较为严重，无法参加接下来的比赛。

本场对阵日本队，张玉宁被主帅伊万选入参赛大名单，并替补出场，而伊万在发布会上的发言也成为一记“烟幕弹”。
